Stripe
A stripe is a narrow white band down the nasal bones, narrower than a blaze.
How do you recognise this marking?
A narrow, elongated white band running down the nasal bones, starting at or below eye level and ending near the nostrils. It may be connected to a star or stand alone.

For identification a stripe is described by width, length and whether it is continuous, broken or connected to a star. A long, narrow marking that joins star, stripe and snip is sometimes called a continuous stripe; a wide version is a blaze.
